Pain above belly button

I'm TTC but don't know if that has anything to do with this. When we were baby dancing last night I got this bad pain to the right and just above my belly button. Just a small area like the size of a dime or maybe a quarter I don't really know. It didn't last too long but it hurt really bad. Has this happened to any of y'all? Do you know what it is?
