Is this normal?

The lower right side of my back has this really bad sharp crampy feeling in it and for about 15 minutes there has been no relief. Is this normal back pain for pregnancy? I'm 24 weeks 2 days.

I do too and have since i was about 22w (now 25w 1d) I spoke to my OB about it and she just told me that its because the baby is more towards my back, and suggested to get a belly support band.

Is this normal?
