My boyfriend didn't pay his phone bill for a couple months, today they finally cut off his service. I know I'm overreacting but I'm all hormonal and it really bugs me because I can't talk to him. He says he's going to pay it tonight but he slacks and like ugh. I just want to talk to him. :(
