Do you think you eat dysfunctionally?

So by this I mean eating when you are fully aware you're not hungry or not eating even though you know you are hungry.
I think I have a big problem with compulsive eating and I don't know what to do.
I feel like I'm obsessed with food. 
So just want to see how many people have similar/opposite problems. 
(If I've used any triggering language I'm really sorry, not sure how to phrase this)
