PMS cramping? Or signs of pregnancy?

What are the differences between implantation cramping vs PMS cramping...if any at all. And, how many of you would say that before you tested positive everything was pretty much identical to PMS symptoms? I'm so curious! :)

To me the cramps felt identical to prementrual cramps. The only difference was I usually cramp the day before my period but these implantation cramps lasted 3 days. I took a test because I was cramping with no blood.

Implantation cramping happens about a week after ovulation, they are mild, and they come and go for about a day or 2. PMS cramps are more intense and usually start before the period start to flow. Hope this helps!!!! (This is been my experience with cramping,,,!:)
