Tender breast from pregnancy please help

So I am 3 1/2 months pregnant and my breast are really tender. Now not my whole breast but my ariolas and nipples are really sensitive and hurt really bad. I can't wash them with a wash cloth nor dry them with a towel because they hurt so bad. I have to sleep shirtless at night because my shirt rubs my breast at night and it about kills me. I'm Caucasian/African American so my ariola and nipples have always been darker than my skin tone but I've also noticed my nipples and ariolas have turn red. Also just for info I had my nipples pierced before I got pregnant but I had took them out 6 months before I even got pregnant didn't know if that could be from some of the sensitivity. Please help and give advice if you can. I don't go back to my doctor until February 10th. Thanks so much 😩
