should std testing be free
I personally believe std testing should be free especially for high school aged kids. A lot of teens are having sex and believe it or not have more than one partner through out high school. I know some places offer free testing but it should be every where. It should be easier and more discreet for teens to learn their status without having to go through their doctors and parents. What are your thoughts?

Okay ladies I think there might be some confusion. I'm aware that nothing is truly free, as in most of the free things are paid with tax dollars. Also I'm aware that there are some places that offer free testing (which is paid for by donations/private funding). My question is should it be free to teens( no charge to them) and accessible to teens every where?
