waking up super swollen 37w3

My left foot has swelled on and off the last week or so but yesterday, I could hardly sleep due to the swelling in my face, particularly. But hands and feet were swollen too. Well they've been that way all day and now it's 1:20am and I'm still super swollen. It did go down a tiny bit early this afternoon but came right back. I've also noticed headaches when my face swells or when my feet are super swollen. I'm a ftm, and not sure if this is something I need to call my doctor about. Any advice?
