Excruciating pain.😫

I have been having this pain that starts in my upper back near my ribs then it wraps around to the front and sides of my ribs and lasts normally up to a hour. It's to the point where it hurts to walk, breathe, sit or even talk. After it happens my back still kind of hurts but not even close to the pain of when it's happening. Does anyone know what this might be or why it keeps happening? With my first it started happening around 20 something weeks now I'm 38+6 and it started happening 2 days ago. Tylenol and hot baths no longer work. I am desperate. Please if you know what it is help.
