Not sure if this is a normal clot or not

So this is my first period since I started the pill but right before I got on the pill I had unprotected sex during what would be my fertile window and he came in me (stupid I know, you don't have to tell me) but this period has been very painful and last night I thought I was going to throw up because whatever was coming out of me hurt so bad and when I looked in the toliet I saw this. Is that a normal clot or tissue or something else?
