Trying To Conceive

Hi ladies, me and my husband are ttc. I tested with the ovulation kits last week on the 22nd and it was a positive. We had sex on the 22nd that was the only day of that week we had sex. I know we are supposed to do it more than once but I really wasn't feeling it. I am irregular so I don't know when to expect my period. Today and yesterday I been feeling really wet down there but when I go to the restroom there is nothing. Is this an indication my period is coming or am I pregnant? Last Thursday I felt gurgling sounds all day and other symptoms too. Is it too soon to take a pregnancy test?
