Getting NERVOUS... -after D&C

I had a D&C Jan 4th. Ive been doing great. Had my two week check up. All went well. He cleared me to try to conceive again and lifted all of the limitations off of me. Back to life after loss.

Its been weeks and for the past few days ive been having intense lower back cramps like im on a heavy period. And slight cramping in front with pin needle sticks and pulling. I know this sounds like implantation pain... But I honestly don't think its that. Ive had two other children and I never felt any pain with them. Im getting kinda nervous that its a complication with the D&C. I have no bleeding! Not even spotting... Im so confused and getting kinda nervous. I don't think the pain is anywhere near bad enough for an ER visit....

Does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be? My cervix is nice and high, open, and soft. It had closed back tight after the D&C. I decided not to track ovulation until after my next cycle. Kinda just to start fresh...

Is this implantation pain or could it be something more serious...
