I have had Mirena for 6 months now, is it normal for me to have all of my period symptoms plus acne but no period? Ive been cramping but no blood? Im just paranoid it's failed me and Im pregnant because cramps were my first sign during my first pregnancy😳😳

Best to check with your dr, they can do n ultrasound to check placement. Mine slipped however it was still fully functional. You could also have you or your partner try to feel for the strings, as there have been occasions where it does fall out
