strong Lower Abdominal pain 😳

Ok I am 14wks exactly and I have been experiencing pain on my lower left of my lower tummy. It's been going on for about three days. The pain in not sharp. But it isn't dull either. I'm not sure what's going on. I just had an appointment and they said the baby is growing good. I'm just so scared. But I don't want to freak out too. This is my 2nd baby. My first kid is 8 so I waited a good while to get prego again. And from my memory I don't remember this kind of pain with my daughter. So I am asking. Is this normal?  I am not spotting and I have no discharge.
