Best vitamins for hair growth?

My hair isn't growing like I want it to. It literally has maybe grown 2 inches in the past 6 months. I straighten it all the time (which I know isn't good for growing it, but I have to because of my hair type), but I need a good vitamin to help it grow...any suggestions?? And where can I get them? Thanks!! 😊

Biotin! I started taking them in December along with a multivitamin,  B vitamins,  and magnesium. Biotin is for hair and nails. At the time I started a vitamin regiment to help with an awful bout of depression, so my brain, hair, nails,  and skin were all kinds of jacked up. The Biotin helped my hair regain it's bounce and shine but my nails also grew (I've never had nails). So Biotin is great but take it in combo with a multivitamin.

im a licensed hair dresser. Hairfinity and hair skin and nails work awesome. Use a good heat protectant before you blow dry/flat iron your hair and it won't damage it as much. Not something from target/walmart preferably but last resort its better than nothing. If you arent going anywhere just throw your hair up instead of straightening it.

This is gonna sound crazy but I saw this on pintrest and thought what the hell I'll try it... Warm up done Olive oil, for a few seconds in the microwave -mane sure it's not too hot... Then put it through your hair, not soaking wet just costing the hair. Then hang your head upside down for four minutes. After that keep it on your hair for two hours then wash it out (sometimes I need to shampoo twice but that's fine). You're supposed to do this every day for a week and you'll grow up to two inches... For obvious reasons I never did it for a full week... But I try to do it every other day. It really works!! Also biotin .
