baby poop question + baby food- no pics

So I gave my baby a couple of bites of stage 1 apple baby food (he was 3.5 months- I know it's too early). He loved it! I called my doc and they said it's too early so I won't do it again. Anyway,  he used to poop like every other day. Since the apple baby food he has pooped multiple times a day and it's a different consistency (more watery but seems normal). This has been going on for like 5 days- did I mess him up?! Is it normal for poop habits to change? I'm paranoid and feel guilty!
