White bumps?

Okay, so I have a question. I've had these small white bumps down there for a long, long time. Like even before I started having sex. There are only like 5 but they're like the little white heads you get on your face but slightly larger. They haven't caused any craziness but I've just always wondered what they are. A friend of mine has said that the ones on your face are caused by to much calcium in your body but I'm not sure. So I would just like to know what's up.
