So basically I'm a junior in high school and in a relationship with a girl who doesn't go to my school. Our prom is coming up and because of rules (yay small town Texas) I couldn't technically bring my partner to prom with me if she was attending my school. Add to that the fights it would cause at my house to even bring up me wearing a suit, the entire thing just isn't worth it. My "friends" and things like that are trying to understand but are still pushing me to just go. I'm just sick of it and it's causing me more stress than I'd care to admit despite knowing I'm not going this year or my senior year. Idk I'm just frustrated
