Hey guys, i overdosed 2 days ago, i took 20 setraline (500 mg all together) and about 30 citalopram (300 mg all together), im feeling very sick right now, diarrea and sweating, ive been having tremors and muscle tension the last 2 days off and on, dizzy off and on. Should i seek medical attention? I feel like these symptoms are lasting longer than they should, i didnt think i took enough to kill me because i was stopped, taken with alcohol, never went to the hospital. Tia.
