I feel like my boyfriend doesn't want to please me anymore.

So, lately whenever me and my bf try and be sexual, I'll give him a bj and then he won't do anything for me. It feels like he's not motivated to even please me anymore and it's almost like it's forced and it really upsets me. I just feel like I'm taking care of his needs instead of us both doing it. It sucks rn that I'm on my period but he just gets annoyed from me asking for him to suck my nipples. Like I don't understand. Any advice? :(
