advice please!

So the last day I had my period was December 12th, I am sexually active and about a week ago after we had sex I started bleeding lightly and I thought oh my period is here. Then the next day it was gone. Then yesterday we had sex again and started bleeding lightly again and went away. I've took 4 pregnancy tests at home and clinic and came back negative does anyone might know what it can be?
