Can having sex few days before your period stop or reduce cramps??
Hi ladies! I had sex a day before my period. I actually wasn't expecting it to start the next day cause I tracked it to next week but Aunt flo suprised me.
I usually get cramps when it starts but now I feel nothing, not that I'm not happy... it just feels weird to me.
So I was wondering if sex a few days before your period could reduce or stop cramps?? I appreciate your opinions. Thanks
