teared vagina ):

So last night I was just sittin on the toilet and decided hey I feel like looking at my vagina so I like pulled the top of my flaps (the bit closest to the clit if that makes any sense) to the side, and I did it quite fast and accidentally grabbed to close inwards that when I pulled them apart it teared like a cm or 2 above my clit (basically right where the flaps start) and it was slightly lightly bleeding not much, and then I put thrush cream on it and today I was basically healed and then I just went to check it again and I reopened the same tear 😩😩 how do I heal it quickly??? And what could of been a reason to why it teared if the reason I gave shouldn't of done that ?
