how long did you wait to have another baby?

How long did you all wait to start trying for another baby after you had your first? My little boy is almost 8 months old and we're thinking about trying for another baby. I want my babies to be about a year and a half to 2 years apart, but is that too soon?

Everyone has different opinion about when they should have a 2nd or 3rd child. My husband & I waited 4 years & I feel happy cuz I know my daughter can help me a lot with the new baby plus 2 babies on diapers  that is very expensive. But like I said, everyone is different, good luck & have ur 2nd child when u & ur husband feel is the right time 🙏🙏☺

I started trying around the time my son was 10 months old.. had a miscarriage a few months later and the NEVER got a period before getting pregnant again he will be 23 months old when the baby is born:) I wanted my kids no more than 2 years apart

My son was born may 30 2015
This baby is due April 24 2017

First baby came when I was 18 so I waited until I felt stable - married, job, house. 26 now and expecting baby number 2 within the next 7 days. Baby number 3 will be about 2 years from now. I am a c section mom so it's recommended I give myself that much time in between pregnancies

Our daughter was 19 months when we found out I was pregnant. We'd only been "not preventing" for a month and didn't think it would happen so fast! She'll be 2 years, 3 months when her baby sister is born in May. We were shooting for 2.5-3 haha. Morning sickness and the first trimester blah feeling is hard with a 19 month old and it would've been easier if she were a little older, but we made it! If we have a third, we'll wait for our second to be over 2 before trying for sure.

My brother was born July 4th 1992, then another brother March 7th 1994, then I was born February 19th 1996.

We quit using protection when my daughter was down to nursing only in the morning and evening (around 12 months) and got pregnant as soon as I was completely done breast feeding (13 months). My son was the product of my first 28 day menstrual cycle (took the test on day 28!). I think if we had waited a little while longer we may have waited a lot longer (an 18-20 month old has such a captivating personality - it's hard to imagine loving another one as much). Still 20-30months apart seems pretty great.

I got pregnant a month before my son turned 2 and had her when he was 2 1/2. We plan on doing the same thing if we have another when my daughter is close to 2 since it took us 7 month's to get pregnant with her.

We've had at least two in diapers for almost 6 years. It isn't cheap, I will say that. But it works for our family. We wouldn't have done it any other way.

My oldest 2 are 5 years apart. I wish I would have had them closer together. But the rest of my children are all 13 months-2 years apart currently pregnant with number 6. She will be born 19months after I had my last son. It's easier having them closer together rather than having to start all over.
