going crazy ! please help!

I love my baby so much and he's actually a really good baby. He's EBF and was up to feed maybe 3 times a night which was fine cause it was like 5-10 mins tops. Now he's up every. Single. Hour. And needs to eat everytime in order to fall back to sleep. Yes I've tried a pacifier I've tried like ten he hates them. And yes I've tried just soothing him back to sleep and also just leaving him alone for a few minutes to see if he'll fall back to sleep on his own and no dice. By the time he eats goes back to sleep and I go back to sleep, I get maybe a half hour before he's up again. I'm going out of my mind. Any tips would be appreciated.
