ladies I need confirmation

So my ex and I broke up over a year and a half ago maybe longer and he was my first everything sexual things and first love. I jut saw him kiss a girl and idk why but it made me feel so depressed and angry. This guy cheated on me manipulated me used me mentally abused me and so much more but it would take pages to tell it all. I guess I just wanna know if it makes me a bad person or crazy for missing him and being hurt at him being with someone else?
