He failed😫

Today was my last appointment with my OB and I told her about my son not moving as much so she ordered a ultrasound and a stress test. My ultrasound was perfect but when I did the stress test he failed. I thought it looked perfect other than the lack of movement and one heart rate dip. I have a scheduled C-section Monday but now they are saying they might take him today if his heart rate doesn't go up after this IV. How can I calm down or not stress so bad?
