Carbs. Nothing else😳
And not any carb. Bread with cheese... breakfast lunch and dinner. I've gone from drinking kale smoothies ever morning to cheesie toasts as that is all I can stomach! I want to eat right for growing bean (7weeks) but impossible, feel morning sick all day, worse if I get hungry. Like being jet lagged or hungover all the time.
Anyone got any other plain carb cravings they can share? Perhaps a little bit healthier 👀 need inspiration.
