Mild Heart Condition

I have what is called a mitro-valve regurgitation. I am 22 and they say it is so mild that I only see my cardiologist once every two years. Am I considered high risk? Can I have a home birth? Did an epidural effect you? Anyone have this condition and give birth? I can't find much research on the subject and my doctor has been impossible to reach.
