ADVICE PLEASE

So my period is 6 days late; it's never been normal really but now I'm sexually active with my boyfriend. We always use protection (condom). I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. I might do another in case. I don't have a doctor to go to and I can't tell my mom I'm only 18. I just need some advice.
