First ultrasound? Positive pregnancy after miscarriage.

I am currently 5w6d and I am curious how soon I can schedule an ultrasound and prenatal visit? I had a miscarriage about 6 months ago and got pregnant the first time I tried again. I am so nervous about having another miscarriage but I know some doctors won't see you until you are even 7 weeks or so. Advice?? Thank you!

IAm on the same boat as you. We aren't going to be seen by our ob until 8weeks. We also suffered a miscarriage a few months ago so we decided to look for an alternative ultrasound place to try and easy our worry but being that the only place we found is only allowed to do abdominal ultrasounds we we're only able to see a gestational sac at 6weeks. Hoping my days were just a little off and praying to see a little gummy bear on the 13th

just explain that you had a miscarriage earlier and they should see you soon that's what they did to me I'm also around 5 or 6 weeks

Just call and see because I went to the Dr when I was 3 weeks so it all depends on availability! Good luck

Most doctors will want to see you a lot sooner than someone that has never miscarried before. Just call and explain that you want to be seen sooner to give you peace of mind. Good luck mama ❤
