I need an opinion

Okay so I always bleed for 9-10 days (completely healthy and normal for me) but this month I had two days of heavy bleeding and horrible cramps than the third day was like a creamy pink discharge..and that was the end of it. Like it doesn't smell different and I'm getting like these weird pains in my uterus but not like a hurt pain. If that makes any sense. I don't know what it could mean. Any opinions?
