When did you FEEL pregnant?

When did it sink in for you (and your partner!) that you're actually pregnant? I'm 6w with my second baby and my ONLY symptom is extreme fatigue. It was like this with my first baby too. 
Before y'all say anything, I know... I'm beyond blessed for not having morning sickness, but since I don't feel much different, it hasn't set in that I'm pregnant, y'know? I took a digital test just now versus the line tests I had already taken last week. Seeing it actually SAY "pregnant" definitely brought a smile to my face, but it still doesn't feel quite real. My husband keeps forgetting I'm pregnant so at least I'm not totally alone!

I'm 27 weeks and waaayy bigger than I've ever been and I still forget I'm pregnant and it hasn't really sank in that I'm gonna be a mom lmao

I had NO symptoms except kinda sore breasts so I didn't feel pregnant until I felt my baby girl kick which was at 18 weeks.

It still hasn't sunk in for me. I had a mmc in august so I'm super nervous this time around. We saw the heartbeat 3 weeks ago but since then my symptoms have faded to basically nothing. I have an appointment today and if that goes well maybe it will seem a bit more real to me.

Our first ultrasound was yesterday, and that was my moment. There is actually a tiny little person in there, and I have photographic evidence. 😉

I've got hardly any symptoms and I've hardly put on weight. Even tho I look pregnant, i still dont feel it. I actually forget from time to time. Yesterday I forgot and almost belly flopped into a bouncy castle :L

At 39 weeks and 3 days when the contractions started. I'm 20 weeks with my second and I constantly forget I'm pregnant.... I'm sure it won't sink in until we are off to the hospital again.

I'm 13 weeks and it still doesn't feel real for me. Maybe in a couple of months when I start feeling it move It will feel realistic
