cramping! help!

I had 6 positive tests on Wednesday 2-1. Blood work done the next day which came positive. Said we'll continue to do blood work to make sure HcG is rising, u til 7 weeks when I can go in for an ultrasound. I have been cramping non stop for days? (I have not bled yet) Is it nerves? Is my body confused bc I should be on my period? Is something wrong? We've been trying for two years and this is first positive so very on edge here! Thank you for your help and reaponses!
