A Man Took Advantage of Me.

This summer, I went to school to become an EMT. There was this guy (X) in the same course as me that I really liked and he liked me back. He was 28 and I was 18. We were flirty during school, and X had asked me out a few times, but I never let our relationship escalate because I wanted to focus on my education. However, the time came when we finished the course, and one of our fellow EMT's wanted to throw a pool party to celebrate. Most of the people in my class was there, including X. Skipping a few details to keep this post short, X finally got me alone at this party after pouring me a few drinks. He was begging me to kiss him, and I really wanted to, so I did. Then it started to get sexual, and I told him that I was a virgin and I didn't want to go too far with him. But my hormones were raging and I was so caught up with all these new feelings that I didn't stop him because I wanted it so badly. Without asking me, and without protection, he started having sex with me. Everything was great, but someone almost walked in on us so we had to stop. We both left the party after that. He told me that he was in love with me, then kissed me goodbye. And that was the last time we spoke. He blocked me on all social media and didn't answer my calls or texts. This happened in July, and I'm still hurting a lot over what happened. This grown man got me drunk and took the virginity of a girl that didn't know any better. I don't feel like I can ever be that close to someone again without getting hurt... If anyone has any advice on how to deal with this, I would really appreciate it. Thank you for reading my story.
