pregnant?! help!

Okay so this week has been crazy. I had to get my paragard IUD removed yesterday because it was in the wrong spot and they gave me birth control pills until they figure out if the arm implant is covered with my insurance and all that. But I had unprotected sex today and after I read that it takes 7 days for birth control pills to start working and the ability to become pregnant after IUD removal comes back immediately. Could I be pregnant?! Please help..
