8 month old breathing!!!

So want to know if this is normal. My 8 month old just started this. It's not all the time but he is starting to take deep breaths that really sound like he is weezing but he isn't. It doesn't last long just a few seconds...its like the same sound he makes when he gets excited to see the dog but now hes doing it more. Wondering if this is normal. Wondering if he is just trying to learn or something.
