Smelly vayjayjay😷😷😷

Need some suggestions. I work as a housekeeper at a hospital. Its sooooo busy. To where Im sweating like crazy in the first hour of work. I work from 9pm to 7am. After work I go visit my fiance at his house and as soon as I get there he wants to do it (yes I try to hurry up and get in the shower once I get there). But, Im so embarrassed and tell him no and push him away cause i feel like my vagina is all gross and smelly. Then end up leaving.
