Twins.

Can anyone tell me the symptoms u had with twins? I got a bright posative test a week before my period and made myself pee 4 more times and they still came out pretty dark positives when two days before I took two tests and not even a faint line. I feel super bloated have headaches and everything makes me sick to my stomach.im only 4 weeks and 3 days I believe maybe 4 weeks 2 days but it seems pretty early to be getting these symptoms so strong my boobs hurt like hell and are swollen and nipples r dark I get so mad so fast I'm always irritable. Are these super early symptoms possible symptoms of multiples??
