Braking up with bf?

Me and my bf have been together for 5 months now and it was great but now its not all that idk what to do. He says he's to busy and don't really have time for me. And my brother past away not to long ago and sometimes I get upset about it. Well night I tried talking to him about and he got mad at me and stoked answering my text. He makes me feel like I'm not worth is time or that I'm not good enough to be loved. Idk what to do?
