Breast soreness!

Hello Ladies! For the past 2 weeks I have had breast soreness that seems to be getting a bit worse. It started with both breast and nipple soreness but the nipple soreness has faded to the point I hardly notice. I don't believe that I am pregnant although I wish I was! Breast/nipple soreness is not common for my normal AF  symptoms and to my knowledge I have only had this happen one other time about a year and a half ago. Has anyone ever had a change in AF   symptoms suddenly and it not remain a constant change. This morning I have slight cramping and light light spotting and only when I wipe. The breast tenderness is just throwing me off a bit! Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
