Can Karma Change Fertility

Trying to get pregnant and this is aimed at ONLY the women who trust is karma spiritually, not the concept. Any Christian/God references are not what I'm talking about exactly. I know the scientific probability but could Karma change things without me knowing? I know this sounds strange but I'm having anxiety attacks over the idea of everything beinh right physically but it is not written in the stars and I swear I'm not a troll.
