Im very insecure..😔 anyone else ever feel like this or can relate...?

Me and my hubby moved from where we were originally from. He talks to his old friends from down there but there's this one he talks to on Xbox live...who which I just really don't like..-.- He is quite annoying. Well...my hubby use to be like really really wild and be into a lot of stuff and they talk about all the good times and everything like that...his other friend has a girlfriend and three girls I think.. I feel like he misses being all wild and everything and I feel so insecure and nasty..he says he's getting old. I'm sitting over here, just had a baby...I have a flabby stomach and kinda saggy boobs 😢 all these stretch marks and all I can think about is him thinking about is him thinking about and missing the good old days...you know no responsibilities and sexy women and everything else like that..I don't regret having my baby he was totally planned. Has anyone else felt like this before...I don't know what to do with myself...
