Psoriasis!

I've had psoriasis since I was a little girl. Now that I'm older it's starting to get worse and the winter weather makes it very itchy and painful. I have it on both knees, both elbows, behind my right earlobe, both ankles, ALL in my scalp, and a little on the back of my right leg. Does anyone on here have psoriasis too? I know it can't ever completely go away, but is there something I can do to make it not so visible and painful? I moisturize the spots with coconut oil a few times a day.
