full boobs but no milk coming out
I've started back breastfeeding since 2 months ago and after 3 days of putting my baby on the boob and pumping and taking supplements my boobs are sore and firm like I'm engorged but wen I pump nothing comes out I can even feel the let down but
Only a few drops come out and it comes out super thick with no water consistency
I really want to breast feed but I don't know how to get the milk flowing I've tried pumping for a hour , soaking my boobs in hot water and massaging them and even putting the jet setting on my shower head on them and I still get just a few drops but my boobs are so sore like there engorged I don't know wat to do
