Bloody nipples discharge turned out to be an infection

So I posted a few days ago that I'm 20 weeks and started getting colostrum with a little bit of blood in it and after a bit of research and people's personal experience I decided to tell my gynae in the next appointment instead of going to emergency . Now fast forward to one week and right in the middle of the night I start getting this excruciating pain in my right breast and it became almost unbearable so I went to see the doctor turns out I have severe infection and now she has put me on antibiotics for ten days . Plus I'm also getting fever and chills .So please if any one of you suffer from bloody discharge from nipples. Get it checked asap . Better safe than sorry .
