how to use ovulation kit?!

Hi ladies! My TWW just ended with AF arriving early :(  I want to try to track my ovulation for February so I purchased the strips off Amazon, looking for advice on how to use! Do I start the day after my period ends or on the first Green Day on the glow calendar? Thanks! :)

To be safe the day you stop bleeding

If your period is every 30 days count 12 days from when your period started in that 10th day you should start testing to see how far you are from ovulating
