second baby after unplanned c-section...

So I feel ready for a second baby already... might sound strange since my baby is almost 3 months!! I know the risks of getting pregnant after a recently pregnancy and c-section but I feel ready and my body is below my pre pregnancy weight, my insecision is healed and is just a scar...an ugly one too! I plan on waiting till the 3month mark and at that time I should have had my 3rd period since delivering my baby... yes I said 3rd period... got my first one just at 5 weeks post pregnancy!! Any one have babies close in age??? Any suggestions...positive ones would really be awesome!!
