EBF weaning?!

Help! Little one has never taken a bottle, we tried when she was first born and it was a flop so I have been exclusively breastfeeding her for 7.5 months now. I need to wean her on to a bottle and formula. What was your method for switching to formula, and or getting little one who's never had a bottle (but a couple time unwillingly..) to take one? I've tried soppy cups but she can't seem to get the swing of it just yet. I'd rather do sippy cups and not have to worry about getting her hooked on a bottle this late! Thanks in advance !
