PPROM

Worst day of my life :( I am 20 weeks pregnant. I woke up this morning at 4am when I felt my panty all wet . I went into the bathroom and found that I'm leaking a colorless fluid .. we rushed to the hospital, they said my aminiotic membrane has ruptured and said i might go into labor anytime :( the perinatal specialist says if I go into labor before 23 weeks baby won't survive . If it happens between 23-28 weeks there is a high chance that baby might have deformities, later than 28 weeks is fine with some risk to lung formation ! I feel my whole world is turned upside down .. so far o had a very easy pregnancy and my baby is normal in anatomy scan last week .. does anyone have any advice for me ? Does bed rest help ?
